I’ll make this brief because I’m a bit tired. I want to write something. Something remarkable, something exquisite, something so grand my children’s children will retell it every other night to their children as a bedtime story, but I don’t have the gift of the gab, or the talent to convey intricate words into something astonishing. I can’t even write complete sentences well. I don’t have a good story in mind too. But my story would be about an 8 year old girl name Delilah crossing the universe and various dimensions to find her one true love, her precious toy puppy named Oxford. In her adventures she’ll meet unique and wonderful creatures and aliens, and of course, a boy. The boy’s name is Oliver. Basically, the story will be about Delilah and Oliver’s adventures into the unknown. The title? “You and I versus the Universe” Kind of cool huh? OK, perhaps not. It’s a working title with a working story.
